There is a mistake in question no 3 part 3 in second step there -4x² – 2x² is equal to -6x² but there is -2x². Because of this the question is wrong until the end.

There is a mistake in Q1 part 7 2nd last and 3rd last step in 2nd there is sign mistake b/w first two digits and in 3rd last there is mistake that how 12 came back you have removed it by subtracting from the 8 in upper steps
